It is not possible to translate the colours from one colour system into another. The reason is, the colours in each colour system are fixed and do not exist in other systems. You can find only similar colours. This is always the problem of cross-reference-lists. In the worst case the mentioned cross-reference has nothing to do with the original colour. You should find a similar colour by comparing different colour samples.
In case of delivery of goods in a colour that is different from the order, one should get permission in advance from the customer by presenting colour samples to him.
